Panic Aid
Role: Concept and Copy
Panic Aid is a simple tool built for Apple Watch to help people through panic attacks. One tap starts a calming protocol with guided breathing, grounding, and reassurance. No unlocking. No thinking. Just press and breathe.
The idea came from a clear insight. A panic attack can feel just like a heart attack, and in that moment, clarity matters more than options. The design had to be instant, quiet, and human.
I co-developed the concept and wrote the copy, working with Hatem El Akad, Ahmed Reef Radwan, and Abdo Soliman. What began as a student project went on to earn recognition from top global award shows across design, tech, and wellness.
